To use the Online Meditation Timer, start by setting the meditation timer's duration with the up and down arrows that can be found above. If you are going to use the interval feature, click the interval tab, and select the interval duration as per your needs. You can also customize the sound, which is a bell sound by default. Additionally, you can set preparation time. Finally, hit the "Start" button to start the meditation timer.
